There are four places to get help, in rough order of speed:
- Telegram chat: the quickest way to get an answer from a human.
- Forum: questions and discussions that stay around where others can find them later. A good place for setup problems and “how do I” questions.
- GitHub Issues: bugs and feature requests. If you’ve confirmed something is broken, this is the formal channel, and the one that keeps track of it.
- Mailing list: longer-form discussion that doesn’t fit a chat.
If you’re not sure which is right: ask in the Telegram chat first. People will point you to the right place.
How to report a bug?
Open an issue on GitHub. Follow the Status and Logs guidance: relevant log output, what you were doing, what you expected. If you can reproduce it in a VM, say how.
How to report how your hardware runs?
Booted Vitruvian on a real board or laptop? Post the model and what happened. The boards site explains the helpful details and where to report them.
